Who do I contact with questions?
Please contact Solstice Health by phone or email and let us know you have a question. We welcome your questions and will take the time to answer all of them.
What if I see the physician and he doesn't believe I am a surgical candidate?
We include a $200 surgical consultation fee in our package. If you are not a candidate for surgery, you only pay a consultation fee.
Can payment arrangements be made?
We require payment in full at the time services are rendered. Solstice Health has partnered with MedPlan Credit. MedPlan Credit provides patient-friendly payment plans that fit most budgets. Unlike credit cards, MedPlan provides installment loans with a fixed interest rate, much lower than credit card rates. For a small set-up fee, MedPlan loans provide affordable payments that can be spread out monthly to fit your budget to ensure that you get the care that you need.
Who are your physicians?
All of our Surgeons and Anesthesiologists are known and local Board-Certified experts in their respective fields.
How long is the quoted price valid?
Our surgical quotes are valid for 60 days.
Who will I pay?
Patients make all payments to Solstice Health.
What methods of payment are acceptable?
To keep prices low, cashier’s checks, debit cards or cash are the preferred payment methods. We also accept credit cards. Human resource departments or divisions of self-insured companies can make other arrangements if necessary.
How will my surgeon be selected?
We will select an appropriate surgeon from our qualified team for your particular condition.
May I stay overnight in the facility?
Overnight stays are usually unnecessary for outpatient procedures, but we can make arrangements for an additional charge. Room for one family member is available as well.
